Seriously however, Japan is a place that prides itself on its cleanliness and so for there to be a cockroach in a room is quite bad for the hotel image. For there to be five, that is really a problem.

By the way, were the cockroaches the half-inch long light brown ones or the 2 inch long dark brown critters? I would be really disgusted if it was the latter.
