If it encourages you, I flew a flight from MSP-MCO three weeks ago and lost a vest. I couldn't find it anywhere, so I figured I lost it on the flight. Not knowing who to call, I called the GE line. They called luggage services but got the VM. I was told to call the luggage services line.

I had my doubts, particularly since the GE agent told me that I have to leave a message and that I would only get call back if they found it.

Facing no other choice, I called luggage services and lone and behold, they had it. They put it on hold, and being back in MCO now for biz I picked it up today. Go NWA ^.

I suggest you call the luggage services. I doubted they would have anything left on a plane, but they did. So just call and you can have two.
