Question Problems downloading itinerary from checkmytrip.com using Infotriever

Is anyone else having problems downloading itineraries from checkmytrip.com using the Infotriever plug-in? I can view my itinerary correctly but when I click on the "Download to Calendar" link, the window pops up telling me that it's contacting their partner to download the trip but it doesn't go beyond that; IE tells me that there is an error on the page. If I click the link in Firefox, I get the same pop-up telling me it's contacting their partner and then I get a blank screen.

I've had this problem for a couple of weeks now but can't find any customer service links on the checkmytrip.com site to ask for help there.

I find that this is a very useful service so I don't mind paying USD10 per year for it but it's annoying when it's not working and I have to type everything into Outlook manually

Our intranet at work has been very flaky recently so it's possible that the problem is at my end, not at checkmytrip.com. I'd like to check if others are having similar problems so that I can work out what to do next.
