Southwest makes it very difficult to get fare option on corporate programs or even stuff like expedia for that matter. Our platform doesnt even pull up Southwest fares but we can use them IF we separately go to southwest biz and check the rates. I never do because thats another site I have to go to and well I aint paying the bill...so it isnt worth my time to basically go out of my way to check
