Yep. One would need to think it was pretty likely you'd get a stern letter to consider desisting etc if they saw you selling say LH miles or AA miles. Try listing some DL miles there and the RPU will be onto you in days I can bet.
AND you can bet your mileage account would be flagged too in future? Until someone has actually USED your miles to fly I guess there is no proof of sale or barter, unless the airlines sent a stooge in to contact you re "buying" them.
I see a pretty well known FT'er there, (and have just emailed that person suggesting caution and/or a name edit!) and it certainly is not something I'd be doing. Even on eBay the airlines do not get your first and second names and email address to make easy work of tracing you.
