BKKLEE, please read the back of your ticket. It is full of crap like "for operational reasons, the carrier can make all sort of changes or even cancel the flight at all." More, back of your ticket lists only a small part of the contract and refers to another law or document, i dont remember now.
Lounge is not a liability, it is just to make the customer happy and loyal. If you are not happy, please feel free to choose another airline for your next flight.
Whatever legal specifications you have, i dont think you will be able to make any court neither in US nor Europe to accept your lawsuit; TK is negotiating for over 30 new air crafts and Airbus and Boing are the only competitiors.
