I can only shake my head in disbelief - You should actually think before you blame some staff at a service provider with theft.

I own a hotel in Cape Town and my staff has been blamed numerous times for having stolen items from guest rooms. Interestingly, not once have these items not been found within a few hours (all mislaid, mispacked by the owner, left in rental car, etc.).

Are you aware what kind of consequences you can expect when you blame staff of theft (I mean for staff not for the person who puts the blame squarely there - he just walks away - "oh, I'm sorry").
