Best Choice of Seat on a very booked Virgin Atlantic flight?

Given the following choices, what would members recommend as the better choice of seating on an upcoming Virgin Atlantic flight to LHR:

VS 340-600

1. Aisle seat in the 50's (right section of plane)
2. Aisle seat in the 30's (center section of plane)

All Economy of course.

I'm curious because the seating chart indicates the 30's to have at least 3 rows with *all* seats still available, while the rest of the aircraft seems to be booked.
So I wonder if there are any major disadvantages of choosing an aisle seat in those rows vs the avail aisle in the 50s. I see a potential advantage of having an entire row to myself in the 30s.

Which of the 2 seating options would you take?
