Hello Everyone!

I just received my World Elite card and I am already having trouble.

Does anyone know how to set up a online account access for the mastercard, without have any other Ameriprise accounts?

I went to the Home page and it asks for either a cliet id number or a bank account number in order to register. Since I have neither of these and only a World Elite Mastercard #, how can I set up an account to log in? I have called all of their 800's and been on hold and switched around to many dept's for over 2 hours. No one is any help. Compared fo AMEX Platnium, I am not very impressed. and the Customer Rep's were pretty rude and non-caring.

Any help/advise or web links would be great.
