So, what are those black triangle stickers on the A320?

Flew Ted this weekend down to TPA and on today's flight I noticed that on the sidewalls just above 8A/8F and 14A/F there were small stickers (transparent background) with black triangles that were pointing up towards the ceiling.

I was just curious as to what these things are indicating and am sure someone else knows.
