There's also the Yotel at T4 (landside) http://www.yotel.com.

Stayed in a 'premium capsule' and was pleasantly surprised.

BTW - Anyone know how I can get the link to appear as Yotel instead of the full path? I know it's probably something very simple that I'll kick myself for not knowing!
