This is my first time to hear that TAM is going to join *A. This explains why AF will ends the cooperation with TAM beginning from Nov 1 2008.

But to my surprise, one of my friend tried to use UA mile to redeem TAM award ticket but failed and in the meanwhile he tried using AF FB mile and get the award ticket. It seems TAM is more friendly to AF than to UA.
