Dunno if it is still available, but the Sofitel had a buy in advance (15 days IIRC) one night rate for £125.

Based on the cost of the HEX, plus the Hilton in Paddington unless you had a really good reason to spend a cold evening in London then I reckon the walk both ways to the Sofitel wins hands down.
