Actually, I've had Wagyu steaks on JL and NH that were either undercooked or overcooked. And perfectly-cooked steaks on BA but with average-quality beef.
On an Asiana flight from ICN-LAX last week, I had absolutely the best steak I've ever eaten - on land or in the sky. The finest piece of beef cooked to perfection. It was truly sublime.
