You forgot clean planes and no duct tape.
Transfers at MUC are pretty easy and swift.
About the service. I never had any problems with LH on the ground.
No discussions about cabin luggage. It is either too big or not.
Y on LH is pretty much standard as it is with any other airline.
Meals are good on LH even in Y. Way better what you will get on many other carriers. Together with free alcoholic drinks it is way better.
US Airways is out of control of LH. Your own fault you book a flight with them.

From where to where will you fly. Otherwise we can't tell you what equipment will be used on you route.
