Flying in from CPT on 6/1 evening and out to YYZ on 7/1 late morning, both in F (both flights thru T5 by then, right?)

I have a few overnight options (with one suitcase and one carry-on):

1) HEX into Paddington and stay at the Hilton there.
2) Trundle over to Sofitel
3) Slum in a Cabana (if that's even allowed?)

Time, cost and hassle are my three considerations.

Any advice please?
