- Swift transfer at MUC: Hopefully
- Inflexible and poorish service on ground and in air: Depends on crew, but definitely better than US carriers
- Long discussions about allowed cabin luggage with German precision: Maybe
- Cramped Y cabin with poor legroom: Yes, but nothing unusual in Y
- Cheapish and small meals: At least there is a meal and they don't think about making you pay for a snack box (like UA wanted to do a while ago)
- Horrible US Airways connection: Definitely
