Netgear gives lousy phone support. Try posting your problem on the Infrant forums. It has all the folks who were with Infrant before Netgear acquired them. They take pride in their product, and they may be able to help get you the support you need. They helped me get a free power supply when mine burned out and the phone support people were useless.
I actually called up Netgear for 2 different problems:
1. A Netgear 48 port switch failed.
2. NV+ needed hard reboots.
Both calls were actually *excellent*.
Just my experience...
