I flew to South Africa this summer (July) via SA Air. I've gotten credit for every leg of the flight except one--the trip from jfk to jo'burg. Which, coincidentally, would give me enough miles to qualify as a Premier member.

I wrote a letter with all the documentation on July 15. The other flight I didn't originally get credit for--cape town to jo'burg--they credited. No news on the first leg. Called to check in August; they said they'd resubmit. Called again two weeks ago, got a surly answer about how they had done all they could.

Advice about how to spur them on to action?
