Nope, I'm only a 1P. I've just sent an e-mail to United Customer Relations. I also sent a fax to UAL Loyalty Services, which is the organization that operates Ameniti.
If they're willing to book the original flights that I wanted (and give me the free companion ticket, obviously), I'll probably stick with them. I'll see what they say.
Since SFO-JFK is probably one of the few domestic routes where an appreciable number of people pay for F, you'd think that they would include it in the program.
If they're going to exclude it, they ought to spell it out.
I still think that the program could be a good idea, in theory, but the implementation is not so good.
