I have both to my right side, next to the message box when I type a reply or start a thread.
As for Post Icons, located at the bottom to the message box, I am seeing the red thumbs down & yellow thumbs up.
Could it be a browser issue, like
the profile tabs not present to IE users?
BTW, I am using Firefox.
