Crowne Plaza is on the corner Spencer St / Flinders and about 100m from Holiday Inn. These 2 are on the west side of the city centre on the while Hyatt is on the east. Flinders is closer to music and dining on southbank & Crown Casino complex. I would stay on Flinders St and walk across the river to Southbank.
