I'm not sure how your food will be worse on a 747.
As many others have posted.. you have got to be kidding if you think coach (any coach on any airline) is better than intl business class. This is a no-brainer. Esp since it's a honeymoon trip! If I was flying on my honeymoon in coach.. and found out my companion turned down business class because of "large screens"... tsk tsk.

Well, that's my concern is that UA might not be might fine. My last UA c-class flights DEN>LHR abd AMS>ORD>DEN had problems with the seats. 2 footrests wouldn't stay up. One monitor would flop over. One seat had no audio. Food was sketchy. (Anyone had the Charlie Trotter bacon wrapped beef? Couldn't even cut through it.) And that's on the 777. I'm imagining things are worse on the 747's aren't they? At least SQ has large screens at each seat even in coach.
