CW on a 777 is never great but the 3 class 777 seems to be particularly bad.

Are there any good seats on this or is it just a case of avoiding the really bad ones ? If so are the bad ones: all those in the second cabin ? all those in the last row of the first cabin ? those in the middle of the front cabin ? ..........leaving not very many and no window seats with access to the aisle without crossing over another passenger ?
