Thank you, this is an excellent tip. I used it yesterday. By following the signs for the Keisei Railway from the Hibiya line at Ueno, I was led along a curving tunnel that brought me directly to the Keisei station. From the Yamanote line, I've never found a way to get to the Keisei station without exiting to the street, and then a tedious journey on crowded sidewalks and over a busy crossing (with no signs to guide you).
