Do YOU call CS when your Itinerary changes?

I just noticed online that there is a small change to my itinerary for a trip in Jan. It is only a time change of about 5 minutes. It says "To confirm, please call 1-800....".

Is it necessary that I call? This is the second change in the last 2 months. This is an award ticket.
