I am trying to upgrade a wide open DEL-DXB flight using my upgrade vouchers. The flight is over peak season and is not showing any seats available in Premiere. I still have two months before the flight and need two seats. The JP agent says that he can wait list me and I will find out at check-in if we can use the vouchers for the upgrade. This is a risk I am not willing to take as I am sure Premiere will be full by then.

Is there any way to see D class 9W availability on any search engines?

Is it likely that 9W will upgrade us from the wait list before the flight (the agent says that this is very unlikely as its over the peak season)

Currently all flights are wide open on and around our travel date but Jet has not released any upgrade seats at all.

So is it worth booking the seats and going onto the upgrade wait list? Does Jet normally clear the waitlists before hand?
