Prior threads on this. If you take the shuttle from domestic to international, you stay airside. Otherwise you walk outside security, but international security is usually pretty quick, 10 minutes or less. Around the time of the HKG flight there are lots of other flights, so the line for the shuttle is usually long. Walking from gate 90 to international 100 would be at least 20 minutes.
