Hello UA people.
So here's the situation: I have an unused ticket that has full value (no segments have been flown). Problem is, I bought it over twelve months ago.
Please don't yell at me for taking so long to do anything about it. It was a misunderstanding on my part, and I feel stupid enough as it is.
I want to know how I can go about claiming the credit left on the ticket. What are my options, if any, etc. etc.
Any suggestions will be much appreciated. :-:
