Loads this year look to be quite a bit stronger than in past years - not really sure why. On the 24th, Washington UA918 is a 747 and is already booked over capacity in coach. Chicago looks to be at or near capacity as well on two of the three flights. I'm wondering if, now that they've gotten rid of Newark, they don't have that many "dog" flights that they have to buy their way into being full. Fares may not be dropping after all. My advice, if you happen to see anything reasonable at this point, buy it and if it manages to go down afterward, get the difference.
