I've done plane to T1 in about 15 minutes using Iris, having no hold bags and then using the underground tunnel. The plane was parked very near passport control on that occasion though.^

Unfortunately VS seem to be more than often using the gates in T3 (numbered 40 - 46 IIRC) which are quite a distance away and which can be easily a 15 minute fast-walk to passport control
