I don't think they have enough time to put shells or have new seats given the schedule we saw. Maybe they are trying to see what the passengers think of their Dynasty Supreme before they do more adjustments on the aircrafts.

Update:

CI 0007/0008 now also shows Dynasty Supreme Redemption in January w/40,000 miles, and all available seats in February w/30,000 miles are now blocked. CI 0061/0062 still open w/30,000 miles in January.
