It looks like CI will dispatch 74C to flight 006/005 and flight 061/062 alternatively. I try to check the seatmap on expertflyer.com, and it shows that both 006/005 and 061/062 will be operated by 74C and 744 alternatively. 008/007 seems to maintain 74C for the most part.
If CI only increases more legroom and resets the seat reclining, I would say it's a lame decision. At least, CI should put shell seat like its 330 fleet. (Actually, the business class seat is the same on both 74B and 330. The only different is 330 has "shell.") Therefore, the seat can at least be an angle lie-flat bed seat with 60" pitch.
