However, in India, I understand that one is allowed to record within your own P(A)BX network, but not directly on a line that is owned by the telephone company...others can clarify on this, but it would not apply here, as your calls to India are being routed using VOiP, I would imagine....
I believe you can always record if you advise that you are... now the question here is would a recorded message that plays when "BMI" answer cover you... given that it would probably be the automated menu you are talking to....
