No response to e-mail from hotel - What to do?
We are planning our vacation for next year which includes a week's stay at the Sheraton Voyager in Antalya Turkey.
We already booked the rooms using Starpoints, but while we could get a suite upgrade with points, we could not get the breakfast or breakfast/dinner option that the hotel's website offers when paying cash. (bundled in room price).
The Starwood reservation agent gave me an address for the hotel to e-mail to ask them if they have the option to pay for food with Starpoints and I also asked them if we could buy the option with cash. So far no response.
The Starwood reservations desk says I need to discuss it with the property directly.
Has anyone stayed at this property and done what we are trying to do?
Should my next option be to communicate in writing?
