Today they seem to be able to see LH availability without too much issue however SQ availability whilst showing on the ANA tool is not coming up very well at the ICC. Took 3 calls and a very persistent agent who was quite detirmed to help me to get the availability I was looking for.

All 3 agents I spoke to at the ICC did however admit that they have all been having major technical issues over the past 2 weeks.

I really hope that they manage to fix this issue sooner rather than later as this is starting to become a real issue.
