As far as the title of this post goes ... I haven't seen the video but I believe you mean proof that shows the EFFECTIVENESS of NZs Customs process over US' ... US is really useless in this area and their agricultural staff are totally under worked in most airports. They do not catch or really even watch out for inbound food as they are supposed to do.
