Having been a guest for a while before registering today. So my first post starts here with a question:

I just became a 1P. I started purchasing Y/B tickets recently YYC-SFO, however I've never got upgraded to F, even for most of the time the F cabin was just half full. I assume I don't have to anything in order to get the complimentary upgrade do I? or I should have done something to get myself upgraded?

There's a huge difference between Y/B tickets and discounted economy (e.g. H), getting the upgrade is really the only incentive for me to buy more expensive ones.

Any suggestions?
