priceline logging in problems / pathetic customer service - help appreciated

Hi, can anyone out there help with this problem - the query has been with priceline (emailed) for over a week now and they haven't responded and I can't get through to a human being via their automated telphone line

The cookies have been wiped from my machine at home and with it have gone all my login details for my "Name your own price account". When I enter the e-mail addess that I know to be correct I'm getting the message "your email address is not recognised" and no matter what I do i can't seem to get into my account.

How do I get the sign in page to recognise the email address that I know is registered with them - help!!
