Does anyone have the UA profile for the reg which give customers the choice of free tix or travel credits? I seem to recall it being posted on FT in the past.

Just had one of those situations last week and really wished I had it to show to the gate agent. It took 3 phone calls all over the airport and finally the help desk to resolve the question. Seems UA never briefed many of the agents that they can issue both at the customer's request.
