Mine took somewhere between 2-3 months to process. I sent mine in in August and UA said they never got the Free Tkt vouchers. Based on what I read on FT, I just waited until I eventually put a tracer on the letter which proved it was delivered in August. After I found out that, UA just happend to "find" the vouchers and sent them to me.
