UA explained they don't ordinarily do this. 1K voice granted an exception but devalued the voucher amount by 25% from UA standards for the number of hours I was delayed.

I'm considering using the voucher in three weeks. Can 1K voice send me the voucher in time for it to be used for an eligible fare bucket? And is it valid for internet fares? (I emailed these questions to 1K voice as well, but would appreciate feedback from FTers).
