Has anyone successfully booked a TAP Portugal award in the last few days?

I just tried to book some award tickets for next summer on TP but the ANA tool is saying ‘We are sorry to inform you that there are no applicable direct or connecting flights’ for any flights between the UK and Portugal. I’ve tried LHR/LGW – LIS/OPO/FNC on a variety of dates from next week to next August.

I called DC but all they can say is ‘nothing is showing up on their screen’ but there definitely isn’t a fault.
