I believe if you call the silver elite line and input your number, it will automatically redirect your call to the correct place.
I just earned Gold last Monday and when calling SE phone # last night the system did NOT automatically redirect to Gold line after I inputted my WP# and PIN.
I then emailed thru NWA.com and they
refused to provide me with the GE phone # even though they could obviously see I'd been gold for 5 days.
I called the SE # back and after holding for several minutes requested the GE phone # from the SE agent.
Quite a PIA to be sure....
