I called Netgear. The only options were to get a new power supply (I tested mine and it works) or to buy a new unit. I think they're not bending over backward to support this unit because it's an Infrant unit they inherited when they bought the company. Not sure.

Anyway, in the interim I'm backing up to Mozy (unlimited backup for a year for $50 with coupon) and I'll sort through my options in more detail this week.
