It is not likely at all you will earn AA miles for LAN codeshares operated by Aeroméxico (any more than you might earn AA miles on an Iberia codeshare operated by SN.) I think you need to cancel / change your itinerary, but of course, you could call AAdvantage and ask. And, on occasion, one of us or another might luck out - but I'd not count on it, nor would I believe an exception will become the rule.
