LY is Not a OW Member and your BP will most likely be a LY BP, thusly I highly doubt that you will gain entry into the BA Lounge since you arent flying on AA metal nor a OW carrier.
FWIW, I was FIMed over to BA a couple of yrs ago, I had Plat status with AA but the people working the BA Club wouldnt let me use her computer to prove to her that I was a Plat. I didnt have the card since I wasnt flying a OW carrier, nor would a letter or call from AA help me. It was either the card or no entry. Thusly since you too wont be fulfilling all the requiremenst not flying on a OW carrier be prepared to be told, 'No Entry for You.'
