I've noticed that internet "U" class fares (Latitude) appear as "B" class fares (T+) for reso agents. When you get one of those deals, you have to do everything online to be treated like a Latitude customer.

Would be nice if they told you that when you booked the fare online - even a clickable "Special Internet Fare" flag that tells you what the restrictions are.
