Tried making a same day airport change last night.. online, via OLCI.. link didnt show up.. so I called in and the agent told me the reservation system has gone down and its been down for the last 2 hours.. try calling back later.. or go to the airport after your flight and change it there...

showed up to the airport this afternoon.. yyz - den (13:15 flight).. only to find out its been sold out (there were tickets last night when I couldnt do the same day change).. evening flight is also sold out.. so the agent offered to change me onto the yyz-ywg-den but wanted me to pay an extra 400$.. not sure why.. i'm on a latitude ticket that I thought gave me flexibility to change the ticket.. she says i'm changing the routing so i have to pay.. but i've changed the routing before and i havent paid.. she claims i'm on a special internet only fare..

any ideas??
