That would be great and it's probably true if Lucky says it is. But, in practice, I've had to pass both hurdles. I've proposed routings that were very direct, and under the MPM, but were repeatedly denied because they weren't on a published routing. Maybe I just got poorly informed agents.

Actually, I did eventually get them give it to me (on call #3) but they made it sound like they were doing me a huge favor.
